A Kilkenny native Carol started her career on the pirates in the late 70s at KCR in Kilkenny and the original Q102 in Dublin. A stint at Radio City in Liverpool in the mid eighties was followed by The Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 1. She then moved to television presenting on TVAM and returned to radio in 1989. Since then she has produced and presented at numerous local and national stations including Classic fm, Jazz FM in London, 2-Ten FM in Berkshire, Rock 104 in Dublin, County Sound in Surrey and Kestrel FM in Hampshire where she was Head of Programming.

She has just returned to Dublin from Seattle where for the past 10 years she was Programme Director and Head of Music at 92.9 KISM, a classic rock station broadcasting to Northwest Washington state. She also presented the Midday and Afternoon Shows and co-presented the Breakfast Show during her time there.
