Arctic Monkeys Play An Epic Version Of ‘She Looks Like Fun’ On The Late Late Show

She looks like fun Arctic Monkeys Alex Turner

Arctic Monkeys rocked the stage on Monday night, May 15th on The Late Late Show to give a fuzzed up, guitar driven performance of ‘She Looks Like Fun‘ from their new concept album Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino.

Singer Alex Turner, looking lounge lizard chic in red pants, a black shirt and tinted aviator shades as he crooned his way through the tune. Playing to the crowd and camera, Turner sang the lines: ‘Finally, I can share with you through cloudy skies/ Every whimsical thought that enters my mind/ There’s no limit to the length of the knobheads we can be.”

It was all flashing lights and screams of approval from the studio audience while he gripped the microphone as if his life depended on it.

Released on Friday, May 11th, it’s the group’s sixth full length album to date and according to the UK Star is presently outselling the rest of the top 20. Noel Gallagher was asked to give his thoughts on the album in a recent interview, ‘Do you know what? I’ve just been listening to it in the car today on the way here… And I don’t know what to make of it.’

His barber probably said the same thing about Noel’s last haircut, I mean, record.
