Axl Rose joins AC/DC for their “Rock or Bust” Tour

Axl Rose has joined AC/DC for their “Rock or Bust tour.  The 10 date tour kicked off in Greensboro, North Carolina on the 27th, with Axl Rose joining the tour straight from his Guns N’ Roses “Not in this Lifetime” tour.

The Guns N’ Roses frontman is stepping in for Brian Johnson, who has not been able to perform due to hearing loss. Johnson is hoping to rejoin AC/DC soon, after receiving treatment to help restore his hearing.

In a statement regarding his treatment, Johnson said “It just totally works and you can’t argue with that. I was really moved and amazed to be able to hear music again like I haven’t heard for several years now.”

On Saturday, Axl Rose joined the band in a performance of “Live Wire”, which is from the 1975 album “T.N.T.”, and had not been performed live since 1982.
