A number of new apartments in Ballsbridge in Dublin are about to set a new rental high in the city.
Monthly rents for the 88 top end apartments at Number One start at €3,850 euro for the smallest units.
The Irish Times reports that the three-bed penthouse will start at €6,000 per month.

The apartments come with lots of amenities including a spa, gym and on-site concierge.
