These threats occurred at Coovagh House, a care unit run by the HSE on dates in 2019 and 2020. She had pleaded not guilty to all charges.

The four-day trial heard Ms Kardashian had been diagnosed with a narcissistic personality disorder and that she would say shocking things to gain attention, and, that she made the alleged threats while she was a resident at Coovagh House, a secure unit for children aged between 11 and 17 with serious behavioural difficulties.

The jury were able to come to a unanimous vote for some but not all counts and Judge Tom O’Donnell accepted a majority verdict for the outstanding counts.

Directions were given by Judge O’Donnell for a psychological and probation report for Ms Kardashian’s sentence hearing.

Ms Kardashian has been remanded in custody for sentencing on 28th July.
