The ex-broadcaster and around 3,000 supporters have reached the summit of Croagh Patrick in Co. Mayo.
They began their climb this morning to raise funds for Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association and Pieta House.
Around 200 climbs are taking place at home and abroad this weekend, and almost one and a half million euro has so far been raised.
