The Smashing Pumpkins have shared a new Halloween-themed video for ‘Silvery Sometimes (Ghosts)’, in the run-up to their headline show at London’s SSE Arena in Wembley on October 16th.
According tot the NME, the video is directed by lead singer Billy Corgan and we see the band presented with a challenge by Sugar Ray’s Mark McGrath to endure a night in a haunted house.
Corgan sports a bunny onesie and guitarist James Iha, Jimmy Chamberlin and Jeff Schroeder look like they are to having fun paying tribute to classic hammer horror movie themes.
As people gather to view a live stream of the spooky events, the group investigates each room, dealing with ghostly apparitions, a painting that comes alive, a monstrous creature and a creepy ventriloquist dummy. Check out the video for Silvery Sometimes (Ghosts)’ below:
