David Gilmour has recently announced a string of European dates which will be added to his already packed schedule. The new European shows take place throughout the month of July.
Gilmour has added a total of 12 new dates to his tour which come immediately after his show at Freedom Square in Wroclaw, Poland, on June 25, where the former Pink Floyd man will be joined by a 30-piece orchestra.
He is currently promoting his new album Rattle That Lock which came out late last year. The album spawned four singles for Gilmour with ‘Faces Of Stone’, ‘Yellow Dress’, ‘Today’, and the lead single ‘Rattle That Lock’.
David Gilmour started with only a few select shows, but has since expanded his tour. Gilmour will start the new tour in Los Angeles on March 24th playing two shows at the Hollywood Bowl.
Some of the new dates which have been added to the tour see David Gilmour playing in Austria, Italy, Germany, France & Belgium. He will finish up the tour with five nights at the Royal Albert Hall in London in September.
