Dublin City Council is to get advice on a potential legal challenge to a massive development in Raheny.
An Bord Pleanala has given planning permission to build over 100 houses and 430 apartments on former playing fields bordering St Anne’s Park.
Locals are fiercely opposed to the plan and are trying to raise money to overturn the decision via the courts.
