I love to travel and I've lived and worked in six countries outside Ireland!

When I'm not at work, I can be found doing yoga or frequenting the pilates studio or else just grabbing an afternoon nap - since starting the 6am shift with Nova, I have developed an obsession with getting a good night's sleep!!

I also love to cook and as you'd expect I'm a complete news junkie at heart.
