Gardai Investigate After Shots Fired At House In Dublin

An investigation has been launched after shots were fired at house in Dublin.

At around 4am on Friday morning gardaí were alerted to the incident at Shangan Avenue of Ballymun.

Nobody was injured in the attack and the scene is being preserved for a technical examination. According to The Independent, a garda spokeswoman said:

“Gardaí are investigating reports of shots fired at a house in the Shangan Avenue area of Ballymun, today Friday, July 26, 2019 at approximately 4pm.

“The scene is preserved for a technical examination. No injuries were sustained and Investigations are ongoing,” the spokeswoman concluded.
