Gardai have launched an investigation following the death of a teenage boy in Tallaght last night.
The boy was found in an unresponsive state in the Ballycullen area at around 11pm, before gardai and emergency services were called to the scene.
The teenager was then aken to the Children’s Hospital in Crumlin where he later passed away.
A post-mortem examination is due to take place, which will determine the course of the garda investigation.
