Kiss’ Gene Simmons has become the latest musician to express his admiration for Billie Eilish. Simmons claimed to be “blown away” by the pop star’s documentary “The World’s A Little Blurry”.

Previously, Gene Simmons had this to say about pop groups’ success. “It gives you that little energy boost, and then it’s gone forever and you don’t care”. Check out more here.

“A unique and orginal artist”

However, it would appear that Gene Simmons is a big fan of Billie Eilish.

In a post on social media, Simmons hailed Eilish as “a unique and orginal artist”. He lauded Eilish’s documentary “The World’s A Little Blurry”. This explores the singer’s rise to fame as a singer/songwriter.

Simmons wrote, “Have to say I was blown away by the @billieeilish Docu. A unique and original artist. Her brother @finneas is a major talent, multi instrumentalist and producer. Catch the Docu #TheWorldsALittleBlurry”.

Adding, “You will love Billie Eilish”. See the post in full here.

Gene Simmons has expressed his admiration for Eilish before. Last December, he had this to say.

“I think Billie Eilish is fantastic. She’s interesting because she and her brother actually write the material and are unique to themselves”.

Eilish’s stock has risen

Since she began writing songs with her brother a number of years ago, Billie Eilish has risen to become one of the biggest stars in music right now. Along with Simmons, Eilish has also drawn praise from Beatles legend, Ringo Starr. She also produced the soundtrack for the most recent Bond movie, “No Time To Die”.

Starr hailed her as an “incredible muscian”. Check out more here.

Eilish won Best New Artist at the Grammy Awards in 2020. She was also successful at this year’s Grammy Awards too, beating Megan Thee Stallion to the prize of Record of the Year. She received her award from Starr himself.
