Keith Earls is the Irish rugby team’s only major injury concern heading into the second test of their summer series with Australia.
The Munster winger suffered a head injury during Saturday’s defeat in Brisbane and is following return to play protocols.
Former Ireland flanker Alan Quinlan expects a number of changes to the team, but feels Earls could retain his place on the wing.
