An investigation’s underway after the body of a man was found in Dublin.
The discovery was made in Tallaght yesterday afternoon.
The man’s body was discovered at a house in Newhall Court in Tallaght shortly after 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon.

Emergency Services and Gardaí were called to the scene and he was pronounced dead a short time later.
The man who died is understood to be in his 40s and is originally from Lithuania.
The scene’s been sealed off for a forensic and technical examination.
His body remained at the scene overnight and the Office of the State Pathologist and Garda Technical Bureau have been notified.
A post-mortem will be carried out on the dead man which will determine the course of the Garda investigation.
