Jim Corr has been ordered to appear before the Commercial Court, over a 1.4 million euro debt to ACC bank.
The Dundalk musician is to be cross examined next month by the bank’s lawyers – who say they have been trying to enforce a judgment against him from 2 years ago.
It’s in connection with a 1.4 million euro loan for Jim Corr to buy land in Co Kilkenny.
