Indiependence Have Released Details Of Their Daily Line-Up

Cíara Spain By Cíara Spain - May 16, 2018

Indiependence have released details of their day by day line-up and we're pretty impressed with the schedule so far!

Day tickets for the weekend festival go on sale this Friday, and we feel there'll be plenty of interest following the big announcement.

Taking place in Mitchelstown from August 3rd - 5th, it brings some of the brightest and biggest names of the summer festival circuit to Irish shores.

Friday will see Walking on Cars headline the main stage while Sigala, Circa Waves, The Blizzards, Ham Sandwich, Wyvern Lingo, Little Hours, Roe, Ailbhe Reddy and more join the line-up to kick star the weekend.

Meanwhile, Saturday will welcome some newbies to the Indiependence circuit with two of the UK's biggest indie artists, Jake Bugg and Kate Nash. Delorentos, King Kong Company, Bitch Falcon and Fontaines DC will also be hanging around on the night.

And to close the weekend, they have none other than Primal Scream on the scene!

Yep - the Mercury Prize winners have released era-defining tunes and top the bill of a powerful Sunday evening that also features Everything Everything, Hudson Taylor, Le Galaxie, Le Boom, Aine Cahill and Tom Greenan.

Day Tickets for INDIE18 remain the same price as twelve months ago and go on sale at 10am this Friday, May 18th at only €52.50 (inc booking fee). Weekend Tickets still on sale from €139 (inc booking fee).

When I'm not at my desk you'll find me hiding behind a lens, a book or attending GAA games across the country. If not, I'll be busy complaining about the weather!

Also – I’m a festival lover, so when the summers out I spend most of my time nestled in the sweaty trench of any concert hall that will let me in the doors...

Standard and basic – enjoy :)
