It’s reported that this release is LG’s ‘What’s The Story (Morning Glory)’. That’s according to the director of Gallagher’s upcoming film, As It Was, Charlie Lightening.
Gallagher made the announcement himself on Twitter when he told fans the long-player is ‘in the bag.’ The wayward Manc wrote: “Album 2 in te bag Dya want some LG x”

With regard to an official release date that remains to be seen, judging by Lightening’s comments there are now high expectations for this special second album from the former Oasis frontman.
Speaking to the NME, Gallagher said of the forthcoming record:
“It’s mega. If you look at ‘Definitely Maybe’ and ‘What’s The Story (Morning Glory)?’, one’s the more punkier one and one’s the bigger one. That’s progression. People aren’t gonna be disappointed with it. I think it’s gonna blow people away.”
