Now, Liam Gallagher has suggested that fans are to hear a new album from the band, stating that he and Noel have already completed this record.

“It’s in the bag mate” – Gallagher Talks New Music

Liam Gallagher made this claim after he was quizzed by a fan on social media on a potential new Oasis album.

“Is it true that Oasis will have a new album???”, the fan asked, to which Gallagher replied: “Yep it’s already finished”.

When another fan asked if a new album was “in the air”, Gallagher said: “It’s in the bag mate f**k the air”.

The singer has also insisted that this new music will excite fans.

After he was asked by another fan: “What do you think of Noel’s new songs he’s written for Oasis?”, Gallagher stated that he was “blown away”.

They may not have confirmed a new album, but Oasis did announce their support acts ahead of this tour.

The band confirmed they would be supported by Richard Ashcroft, former frontman of The Verve, and Indie Rock band, Cast. More on this story here.

Earlier today, Oasis also added extra dates to the South American leg of this tour. Check these out here.

A few weeks ago, Liam Gallagher also said that he and his brother Noel are too “scared” to do joint interviews.

He said that he was worried about “the media asking us intrusive questions and trying to pick holes in our relationship”.

The singer also replied to another fan who said that they were “still waiting” on a press conference by stating that “They ain’t getting 1”.

He also revealed that he is keen to maintain his relationship with his brother Noel. You can also read more on this here.
