Ahead of getting set to play LOUD at Fairview Park, Kasabian's frontman Serge Pizzorno spoke to Radio Nova's Marty Miller. You can check out this chat below.
The band's new album, Act III, will arrive on July 17, and has been previewed with the recent release of the single, 'The Great Pretender'. The song which you can check out below, was written by Pizzorno, who also produced the track alongside Mick Ralph.
“‘Great Pretender’ is about imposter syndrome not as a weakness, but as a sign you’re on the edge of something real,” Serge says of the track. “It’s that feeling right before you step on stage, when the lights go down and it’s now or never.”
The new album, was recorded at the Sergery and Club Ralph, and will be supported at upcoming Kasabian shows, including their date at Dublin's Fairview Park on June 16.
They will also perform at London's Finsbury Park on July 4.
Kasabian's Serge Pizzorno, a very sharp dressed man, who says being in The Nativity at age 7, influenced every clothing decision he's made since! From clothes to the bands love of Ireland and The Olympia theatre, hear Serge and Marty below:
