Muse have laid down a studio track of their rendition of Duran Duran’s 1982 chart topper ‘Hungry Like the Wolf’. It’s streaming via Spotify below.
The space rockers lashed through a version for the French music magazine programme Taratata last September. Bootleg recordings of the song had started to surface online. Thankfully Muse have shared a studio recording, especially for the ‘Spotify Singles’ series. You can check out their cover of ‘Hungry Like the Wolf’ below.
Muse’s latest album offering ‘Simulation Theory’ went straight in at Number One in the UK albums chart. That’s a total of Six of Muse’s eight studio records achieving Number One in the United Kingdom.
According to the NME. the band were asked what they will be up to in 15 years time, drummer Don Howard explained, “We’ll see. We plan to stick around and carry on. I think we’ve always admired the bands that can do that, like The Cure or U2 or The Stones.”
