21 year old Cian Stacey, of no fixed abode, and 31 year old Jessica Dalton, of Waterford City, appeared at Clonmel District Court, charged with Section 4 assault, causing serious harm against two individuals who cannot be named for legal reasons and criminal damage.

O'Callaghan's colleague, Detective Sergeant Michael Burke, also of Waterford Garda Station, said for Jessica Dalton's arrest, charge and caution, she also made no reply when the charges were put to her.

Defence solicitor, Ciarán Murphy, who represents both people in this case, said that no application for bail had been made regarding either case.

Remanded in custody, Jessica Dalton is to appear before Waterford District Court on Tuesday, as will Cian Stacey.
