A man has died following a fatal road traffic collision in County Carlow on April 29th.
Gardaí in Bagenalstown are investigating the single vehicle collision which took place at Dunleckney, Bagenalstown on April 29th.
At approximately 9am, a 33-year-old man was seriously injured when the car he was driving in collided with a wall. The road is being examined by Garda forensic collision investigators but has since reopened.
He was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital in Kilkenny and later transferred to St. James Hospital Dublin where he passed away in the late hours of Sunday, April 29th.
