A massive security operation has swung into operation ahead of Donald Trump’s visit here tomorrow.
He will meet the Taoiseach at Shannon Airport, before travelling by helicopter to Doonbeg.
The Co. Clare village remains open, but there’s restricted access for traffic on the N67 and Mr. Trump’s Hotel is closed to the public.
Joe Russell – the General Manager of Trump’s resort in Doonbeg – say they’re ready to welcome him with open arms:
“The boss is arriving and you better be sure, as in any business, that your premises are in top order and other than that – to ensure everybody is on task.”
