Despite fans complaining about high ticket prices for their US gigs, The Stones are putting on quite a show!

(Here’s Keef talking about the prices and his thoughts on same “From my point of view, it’s like this: We say we want to put a Stones tour together and people come to us with proposals. And these proposals are all basically the same. We actually did push down the prices a little bit. We took the lower offer, in other words. But, um, it’s the price of the market. I don’t really know. I don’t have much to do with it other than I would like people to get in, to be able to afford to get in, without sort of starving their babies and all. And that’s about it.”)

Anyway.. back to the shows:

Bonnie Raitt and Mick Taylor were featured guests Wednesday night in San Jose as the Rolling Stones played the third stop on their “50 & Counting” arena tour.

Bonnie joined the band for their 1969 classic, “Let It Bleed,” and played some slide guitar on it, as well.

The show also included an appearance by John Fogerty on “It’s All Over Now”

The Rolling Stones roll like a “Tumbling Dice”  into Las Vegas tomorrow.

Oh.. by the way, it was 48 years ago today (May 10th, 1965) that the Rolling Stones began recording “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction” at Chicago’s legendary Chess Studios.

Here’s some viewing with John & Bonnie appearing with the Stones.
