Bullying and long working hours continue to be a problem for trainee doctors.
A new report from the Medical Council says 41% of respondents have experienced some form of bullying or harassment in their job.
Over half of those surveyed have also witnessed a colleague being bullied.
The report, covering 2017, also shows that nearly 70% of those who were bullied did not report the issue.
Trainee doctors are also working long hours with a third saying they routinely work 60 hours per week.
