After recent rumours of an Oasis reunion had surfaced, a representative for Liam Gallagher has put a stop to them. The original report came from The Daily Star in the UK, saying that the brothers were in “serious talks” about a reunion.
A supposed “source” said “It has been discussed seriously – it’s only a matter of time. It is looking so certain it is worth betting on for next year.” This isn’t the first that time that sources have wrongly predicted a band’s reunion.
Recently a spokesperson for Liam Gallagher has responded to the claims of a reunion. The response to the idea of reunion was quite blunt as the representative simply stated that the rumours are “totally unfounded”.
Liam Gallagher’s brother Noel on the other hand, recently spoke about the rumblings of a reunion. Noel said he would get back to together with Liam Gallagher but only for around a half a billion.
Noel also said that he doesn’t feel sorry for those fans that didn’t get to see them play live saying “Tough! We were around for 20 years, I never got to see The Sex Pistols play live either.”
