A new report shows more than a quarter of people on higher wages are still struggling to make ends meet.
Research carried out for the Tasc think-tank found that we are the fourth most expensive country for food and drink- paying 20% more than the average.
The study compared 34,000 households across 4 countries. and found many find it hard to pay their bills.
The research reveals is that many people in the highest income bracket here are feeling insecure and vulnerable, despite their own acknowledgement that they are well-off comparatively.”
