The Foo’s very own festival CalJam was on at the weekend, and among many acts who performed, Queens of The Stone Age performed a special piece during their set. The rockers honoured the Foo’s by performing a part of the classic ‘Everlong’.

The festival was home to a string of rock stars, such as Royal Blood, Liam Gallagher, Cage The Elephant and more!

Another highlight from the festival arose when Liam Gallagher joined Joe Perry and Foo Fighters on stage for a cover of The Beatles’ ‘Come Together’ – before he jumped into the crowd to crowd-surf of course.

Frontman of QOTSA, Josh Homme also made the papers this week when he appeared on CBeebies to read a children’s bedtime story. Homme read out Julia Donaldson’s ‘Zog’, the story “about a heroic and good dragon that is learning to be the best he can be”.
