Rolling Stones announce 2 new European Festival dates

The Stones are due to appear in Europe this June for two festival gigs.

The longest running rock band (ever) band will play at Holland’s Pinkpop Festival on June 7 and Belgium’s TW Classic Festival on June 28. The two gig’s will be part of the band’s 14 on Fire tour which sees the band play a world wide tour this year. The band have began their tour with a first ever gig in the Middle East and from there they are currently making their way through Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Mick Jagger has said in relation to the new gig’s:

“I love festivals in the summertime and can’t wait for the tour to get to Europe.”

While Keith Richards has said:

Keith Richards said: “Let’s keep this show on the road… the band are in top form so I’m really looking forward to getting back to Europe.”
