Slash Says ‘2025 Is All About Guns N’Roses’

Slash has predicted a very busy 2025 for Guns N’Roses.

The band’s guitarist claimed this during a recent interview, where he revealed that the band will come together once more next year.

This comes as each band member focuses on their own individual project this year, including Slash who has released his blues covers album, ‘Orgy Of The Damned’ last month, while bassist Duff McKagan recently announced a solo tour.

Guns N’Roses have not released a new album since 2008’s ‘Chinese Democracy’, but did release a four track EP in February 2023, including the single ‘Perhaps’.

The band also shared a new single ‘The General’ last December.

“all about Guns N’Roses’

Speaking to Loudwire, Slash revealed that he has some more work to do with Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators, before adding that 2025 is “all about Guns N’Roses”.

“I’m going into the studio with the Conspirators [his project with Myles Kennedy], getting a new record done and then after that, 2025 is all about Guns N’ Roses”, he said.

He continued: “We’re trying to get some things going with that. I think there’s a small tour in the summertime next year”.

“I heard a rumor about that anyway, so that’s going to be focused on that. But prior to that, it’s the S.E.R.P.E.N.T. tour, and then the Conspirators”.

Slash also added that he always trying to keep busy.

“It keeps me out of trouble, as they say”, he said.

Slash’s comments appear to coincide with what bandmate Duff McKagan said regarding the band’s alleged busy 2025 last week, when he stated that the ‘Sweet Child O’Mine’ hitmakers are to release new music in the near future.

“Absolutely. Yeah, absolutely”, McKagan said when asked if the band are to release new music soon.

“There’s new material. I don’t know how we’re gona put it out. I think that’s a question too. Like, do you put out a record? Do you just keep putting out singles? I don’t know what the right answer is there in this day and age”.
