The Special Criminal Court is delivering its judgement in the trial of three people accused of murdering Gareth Hutch.
The nephew of Gerry ‘The Monk’ Hutch was shot dead while getting into his car outside his apartment complex in Dublin’s north inner city in May 2016.
Regina Keogh from Avondale House, Dublin 1, her brother Jonathan and Thomas Fox of Rutland Court, Dublin 1 deny his murder.
The prosecution’s key witness was also charged in connection with the shooting but was granted immunity from prosecution and testified against the others.
Mr. Justice Tony Hunt has spent the past few hours summing up the evidence and is expected to deliver judgements later this
afternoon.
