Intuitive Eating is having a moment and we have one of the leading voices of the movement Laura Thomas PhD talking at ThriveFestival. She’s a registered Nutritionist who isn’t afraid to tell it like it is. Having had her own strained and weird relationship with food, she now helps her clients build healthy relationships with food by helping them tune into their own innate hunger using intuitive eating.

While The Reset, founded by Lauren Healy and Vicky Shilling, was created for women who constantly feel too busy to prioritise themselves. Their talk will offer practical tools, tips and support to make changes in your life; from small and sustainable to big and transformational.
