Donald Trump has offered his support to a Covington High school student who is suing the Washington Post.
The family of Nicholas Sandmann is suing the news organisation for $250m for its coverage of an encounter between the student and a Native American protestor last month.
They allege that The Post “targeted and bullied” the 16-year-old to advance its biased agenda against the US President.
Trump has encouraged the young student to “go get them” adding that the story was “Fake News”.
