Health experts are warning of abnormal growths in young skulls caused by ‘text-neck’.
Researchers from the University of the Sunshine Coast in Australia examined the effects bending our necks is having on the development of the skeleton.
They studied 218 X-rays and discovered 41% of people had developed a so-called ‘neck horn’ of bone growth on their skulls.
