Watch St Vincent Perform ‘Fast Slow Disco’ On Later With Jools Holland

St Vincent Fast Slow Disco

Last week, Annie Clarke aka St. Vincent released a new version of the track ‘Slow Disco‘ taken from her latest album MASSEDUCTION. She re-titled the new version, ‘Fast Slow Disco.’ A video of her performance of the new song on Jools Holland is available below…

Performing on Later… with Jools Holland, she was backed by a three-piece band playing drums and synth. The song is a much more energetic verison of the original, it’s quite literally, a faster ‘Slow Disco.’

Nova reported recently that Annie had released a custom built guitar, which she designed herself. It’s available in Polaris White, Stealth Black, Heritage Red, Tobacco Burst and ‘Vincent Blue’ in partnership with Ernie Ball. The musical instrument shipped in 2016 and you can grab one for about $2,399.

Ernie Ball describes the guitar as: ‘Featuring an African mahogany body, Ernie Ball Music Man tremolo, gunstock oil and hand-rubbed rosewood neck and fingerboard, St. Vincent inlays, Schaller locking tuners, 5-way pick up selector with custom configuration and 3-mini humbuckers.
