According to Alternative Nation, Eddie Vedder was the headliner yesterday at the third annual three-day music festival, Ohana Fest, in Dana Point, in California’s Doheny State Beach. The Pearl Jam lead singer joined Johnny Marr to play the Smiths’ “There Is A Light That Never Goes Out.” You can check out the performance below.

Johnny Marr said to the crowd: “Hope you all have a great day, enjoy the rest of it, have a great weekend. I’d just like to take the opportunity to thank a good friend of mine, someone who’ve I’ve admired and has been good to me, and who is an inspiration. I’d like to invite him to come up on stage and sing with us now…Mr Eddie Vedder!”

His set comprised of Pearl Jam classics with covers of Bruce Springsteen, Cat Power, Neil Young, and more. For Pearl Jam’s “Better Man,” Eddie Vedder also brought out Liz Phair, who was playing at the festival that day. That performance is also available below.
