At a U2 gig in London on Monday night, the band were joined ontsage by none other than Noel Gallagher. At U2’s gig in London’s O2 arena, the band played a Beatles classic with the former Oasis man.

Noel Gallagher joined U2 onstage to play a rendition of ‘I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For’ as well as a cover of The Beatles classic ‘All You Need is Love’.

Bono addressed the crowd as he introduced Noel by saying “I’d like to bring out of one my heroes, one of the band’s heroes to help us out with this next song. Will you welcome to the stage the high flying bird himself Noel Gallagher.”

Apparently earlier on in the night Noel Gallagher was spotted talking to Bob Geldof in the VIP area of the venue. This isn’t the first time that Noel has appeared at a U2 concert this year.

Earlier on in the year at a U2 concert in San Diego, California Noel was a special guest at the show and was seated beside Billy Joe Armstrong from Green Day.
