Two men have been arrested by gardai who may have foiled a gangland killing in Dublin. They seized a loaded gun during an operation linked to the Kinehan/ Hutch feud.
This operation targeting organised crime and threats to life took place in the Dublin 3 area of the city yesterday afternoon. Gardai challenged a man in a car and another on a bike at East Wall on the northside.
A loaded revolver was seized by detectives from the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau, the Special Crime Task Force and Crime and Security.
