Saturday & Sunday mornings is all about Seriously Addictive Music, song requests, news updates, competitions and banter with Matt Dempsey on Radio Nova.

Born and bred in Dunloaghiare Matt started life in the radio world like many from a garden shed. Like many former pirates it was pretty normal, even when the roof leaked.

These days Matt is resident in lovely Naas Co Kildare where he enjoys long walks and the beautiful scenery and the sheep..

Matt has worked for many radio stations around the Country and in Dublin. He's naturally a big music fan well considering he works in radio, and loves all kinds of music, his Spotify playlists can go from a luke Kelly song to easy listening to the 60's 70's to rock or even pop.

On joining Radio Nova Matt feels playing seriously addictive music makes the job feel like not a job but a joy.
