DART Delays After Truck Damages Level Crossing

There are delays on the DART after a truck caused damage a level crossing at Howth earlier today.

Services were postponed from Howth to Howth junction when the truck was involved in an incident with the level crossing at Claremont road.

Full service has been resumed. However, there are delays of around 10 minutes.

In other traffic news, there’s also are long delays approaching the roundabout in Donaghmede from Baldoyle on Grange Road.

People are advised to take note that there is also a queue forming from Grangemore Park.

There are outbound delays on the Chapelizod Bypass. That’s from just before the Kylemore slip to The Oval in Palmerstown.

According to an AA Roadwatch report: “Northbound traffic on Sean Moore Road is heavy from the Beach Rd jct over Tom Clarke Bridge.”

“Heading the same direction, Macken St is very slow as usual from Grand Canal St to Samuel Beckett Bridge.”

“Outbound traffic is slow on Templeogue Rd approaching the Springfield Ave.”
