Lidl has shared a warning to their customers as well as members of the public to be aware of a new text scam.
The supermarket informed customers on via Twitter to take no notice of any texts that seem to come from the Supermarket company.
Lidl instructed customers to contact them if they have any worries about messages sent to their phone.
*** IMPORTANT NOTICE 🚫 ***
Please do not open any texts that appear to have been sent by Lidl. As a company we don’t communicate any offers or information to customers via text so anything received via text message is most definitely a scam.
