All of the Dublin City Council-listed Halloween events are free of charge and family-friendly, making them accessible for all ages and households. These take place across key neighbourhoods — from Cabra & Glasnevin to Finglas, Ringsend, Donaghmede, Cherry Orchard (D10) and The Liberties — and include fireworks displays, parades, haunted houses, music and performances. The Council states that the goal is to “offer variety, fun and excitement” across the city in a “family-friendly, inclusive and safe environment.”
