36,200 fewer people received the Pandemic Unemployment Payment today.
In total 543,200 people will get the payment , at a cost of 190.2 million euro. 20,100 of those will be receiving it for the last time this week.
In addition there are over 57,000 employers registered for the Temporary Covid-19 Wage Subsidy Scheme.
As a result, Breaking News reports that over half a million people are now getting the Subsidy Scheme.
508,100 people have received at least one payment through their employer towards their salary.
These payments are as well as the 214,700 people reported on the Live Register as of the end of April.
