45 year old Lee Claydon from Bournemouth fell from a height at the end of the show on August 2nd.
According to the BBC, Det Sgt James Raffin, of the Metropolitan police told the hearing, at Barnet Coroner's Court, that it was no longer being treated as a criminal case. "We do not suspect any third party involvement, this, from everything we have seen, was a tragic accident," he said.
He stated that Mr Claydon had been drinking alcohol according to the toxicology report, although it revealed "no concerns." He also added that the force ruled out the possibility of suicide.
DS Raffin said that although there was alcohol in Mr Claytons system, this was considered "expected" and "normal for any of the people attending".
Senior Coroner Andrew Walker said the full inquest will take place on February next year. "It looks like we are going to be in a position next February to have reports from the London Borough of Brent over the circumstances and also we will have by then the police investigation report," he said.
Mr Claydon's inquest opening took place on Saturday, it heard that the Oasis fan was brought to a medical centre in Wembley after the fall and was pronounced dead at 10:38.
Oasis released a statement shortly after Mr Claydons death, they said: "We are shocked and saddened to hear of the tragic death of a fan at the show. Oasis would like to extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of the person involved."
