Sharon Osbourne has shed light on the final conversation that she had with her late husband Ozzy Osbourne before his death.

The former X Factor judge spoke with Piers Morgan on his Uncensored Show, about the restless night that they had prior to the morning when Ozzy suffered a heart attack and died, surrounded by his family.

It would appear that Ozzy had spent the week dreaming and having visions of people he did not know standing there and staring, as if they were waiting for him.

"I said, “Well, what kind of people?” He goes, “All different people. And I just keep walking and walking, and I’m seeing all these different people every night, and I go back there, and I’m looking at these people, and they’re looking at me, and nobody’s talking”. And he knew. He was ready", Sharon said.

Sharon went on to reveal that Ozzy had been in and out of the bathroom that night, having been feeling unwell, before sadly suffering his heart attack.

"He was up and down to the bathroom all night, and it was like 4.30, and he said, 'Wake up'. I said, 'I’m already bloody awake, you’ve woken me up'. And he said, 'Kiss me'. And then he said, 'Hug me tight", she said.

"I can’t help wondering if I should have, could I have? If only I’d have told him I loved him more. If only I’d have held him tighter. And he went downstairs, worked out for 20 minutes and passed away".

Ozzy Osbourne passed away in July just weeks after playing his final ever show with Black Sabbath in his native Birmingham.

Elsewhere, Sharon Osbourne also revealed that Ozzy played his final show against doctors' advice. More on this here.

Earlier this month, Ozzy and Sharon's son Jack Osbourne confirmed that his wife is expecting their second child. More on this from Nova here.
