Simple Minds also announced their new studio album, 'Sacrosanct', which will arrive on 29 January next year via BMG. The album's first single, 'Beginning Boys' is out now. You can pre order the album via this link here.
The tour begin with a number of shows in Perth, Australia next February, in a month which sees them head over to New Zealand for shows in Auckland and Wellington.
Following by another show in Christchurch, New Zealand in March, Simple Minds will embark on a run of European dates in April, including Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, before returning to Germany, and finishing April with a show in the Netherlands.
In May, the band will take to the UK stage with a show at London's 02 Arena, followed by shows in Manchester, Nottingham, Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle, Glasgow, before heading over to Ireland for that date at the 3Arena on May 17.
