The biopic was named after Amy Winehouse’s much celebrated album of the same name, which won a Grammy Award in 2007.
Elsewhere, it also emerged that the official lyric video for the iconic Winehouse single, ‘Rehab’, would also be made available.
The Ivor Novello award winning single is the latest in an ongoing list of videos which will celebrate the music career of Winehouse.
The official music was directed by Phil Griffin, who also directed the video for ‘Back To Black’.
Back To Black: Songs From The Original Motion Picture will also include original recordings from Winehouse’s albums Frank, as well as Back To Black.
This full soundtrack will also include a new track from Nick Cave, ‘Song For Amy’.
It will also feature tracks from artists who inspired Winehouse in her career, including Billie Holiday, Sarah Vaughan, Minnie Riperton, Dinah Washington and The Shangri-Las.
Earlier this month, the parents of the late singer Mitch and Janis Winehouse collected the Brit Billion Award on behalf of their late daughter, to mark her reaching one billion streams in the UK.
“We of course wish that Amy was here today accepting this award in person, but it’s amazing that she is still winning awards for her incredible talent and achievements,” they said.
“It’s wonderful that her music is being discovered by new audiences of young people who love it just as much as her contemporaries. We are so proud of Amy. Thank you”.
