Dylan posted to his Twitter account in November to inform his fans that he would in fact be back to play more shows. He said "To all fans and followers of Rough and Rowdy Ways Show . We will see you early Spring 2026, will let you know where and when later."
The where and when has finally been announced as Dylan prepares to return to the US for 27 dates.
Dylan's tour titled 'Rough and Rowdy Ways', named after his 2020 album, first began in 2021. It was then extended to 2024, however this deadline was then removed from Dylan's website.
Most recently, November saw Dylan perform across the UK and Ireland, with shows in Dublin, Killarney and Belfast. The Irish Examiner awarded his performance in Killarney five stars, stating that "He was truly magnificent. His diction was perfect, you could hear pretty much every word. Standing ovations after each and every one of the 18 songs in his stunning 1h45m set. Dylan has still has it in abundance – whatever ‘it’ is."
