Radio Nova’s PJ Gallagher and Jim McCabe of Morning Glory along with Kieran McGuinness, presenter of the GOLD IMRO Award-winning The Nova Guestlist and Music Development Officer with City of Dublin ETB & Music Generation DC, today unveiled the brand-new Bohemians jersey proudly featuring Oasis!

The jersey celebrates a unique and powerful collaboration between Dublin’s oldest football club, the fan-owned Bohemians, and one of the world’s most iconic bands – with no proceeds going to Oasis. Instead, a percentage of profits from every shirt sold will be split equally between two charities: Music Generation Ireland, supporting their mission to empower young people through access to music, and a local Manchester charity which carries out vital community work in the band’s hometown.

PJ Gallagher and Jim McCabe said, “As two Bohs fans who do a show called 'Morning Glory', some might say WE were the inspiration for this brilliant collaboration… especially since we only get on with each other when there's a few quid in it! Can't wait to see Oasis rock Dalymount!”

Kieran McGuinness said, “We are thrilled and delighted that Oasis have come on board as shirt sponsors of Bohemians, and incredibly proud and grateful that proceeds will go to supporting Music Generation. It’s a powerful partnership that connects Dublin’s oldest football club, the fan-owned Bohemians, with one of the world’s most iconic bands! A special word of thanks to Bohemians super-fans P.J Gallagher & Jim McCabe from Radio Nova's Morning Glory for helping us to share this exciting collaboration today. Funds raised from shirt sales will go directly towards our mission of transforming young lives through music – and we couldn’t ask for a better team to do it with.”
Following a video, as seen below, featuring Paul Weller, teasing the news last night, Daniel Lambert, Chief Operating Officer of Bohs said, “We are delighted to unveil this jersey today following lots of work with the Oasis over the past six months, with special thanks to Noel and Liam for supporting this."

Today, the Phibsboro club - which is already famous for its partnerships with bands including Fontaines DC and Thin Lizzy, followed it up with a longer video:

Featuring the iconic Oasis logo in the traditional blue tones of Dublin City, with a 90s styling and sublimated chevron patterns, as well as a white and blue collar and sleeve trims, it is manufactured by O’Neill’s Sportswear Ireland and designed in-house by Bohemian FC in collaboration with Oasis.

The exclusive shirt is available for order now at www.oasis-bohemianfc.com

The news comes as soundchecks and rehearsals have kicked off for the first of the Oasis reunion gigs at Cardiff's Principality Stadium.

Tickets for the Oasis reunion sold out across all venues due to huge demand when they went online earlier in the year. However, there are still several options available for fans trying to snag a last-minute spot.
